Payment

We apologize but we do not accept insurance. You may want to contact your insurance provider to get information about your coverage options.

Shipping

Shipping rates are set by the carrier based on the price of the order. You can view the current shipping charges HERE.

Delivery of your order will depend on the type of shipping you selected. For standard shipping, delivery will occur 5-7 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. You can find information about other delivery options HERE.

Yes, we do ship to US PO Boxes.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping fees and pre-paid return label fees) within 60 days of purchase, provided that the product is in new condition (not worn or altered), free of any odors (perfumes, smoke, etc.) and is returned with the original packaging with tags attached. If you choose to use our pre-paid return label to ship your product back, a $10 fee will be deducted from your final return refund. If you prefer, you may also return your item using your carrier of choice.

Yes, you can place items from multiple order in the same return box provided that the items meet our return guidelines. You can find more information HERE.

It may take up to four weeks to process your return.

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you can return the item you'd like to exchange and then place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund.

Gift Cards

Yes, you can purchase digital gift cards ONLINE ORDER HERE. You may also contact our customer support team at 1-800-850-9445 to purchase digital gift cards by phone.

To check the balance on your gift card, simply add any item to your cart and begin the checkout process. During checkout, you'll have the option to enter your gift card code in the designated field. Once entered, you'll be able to view the remaining balance on your gift card. Be sure to “X” out of the gift card if you will not be using it.

You cannot return or cancel a gift card once it has been issued.
